FAQ

1) How are items produced?

Generally, a majority of the products are handled through Printify! A handful of items, stickers, oppai mouse pad, body pillows, posters, etc, are manufactured by Vograce. I am working primarily with print-on-demand printers as we establish until I can afford to branch out. 

 

2) What is print-on-demand?

It means once an order is manually verified on my end, it will enter production. These items are packaged and shipped directly from Printify. 

 

3) Where does the art come from?

All art used has art credits in their item listings. When it is art I (Kore), have drawn, it will list me, but when it is art commissioned from VGen or other websites, I try to link back to their art commission page if I have access to that information. I make sure to buy their commercial permissions and discuss what art will be utilized for! I am not an AI image user (and do not support the practice).

 

4) Why is the shop set-up this way?

I work 40-hrs a week full-time already, stream on the weekends, and have to also manage life. I actually was setting up this shop while working overtime at work as well! Due to my own time limits and not being able to hire out to start, I am using the print-on-demand model in the meantime until things get more financially stable to start to branch out. 

 

5) What are future plans?

Once I can afford to do so, I hope to hire a small team to slowly take things off of the print-on-demand model. Ideally, I would LOVE to be able to do more intricate designs and have more control over screen-printing/sewing. This is the first major goal I want to achieve! Once this is done, I can do a lot more scaling work. 

 

6) What is shipping like for each product?

All shipping is calculated at checkout when you go to pay, and it varies by location! Once you enter your address, Shopify will give you the shipping cost based on your location. As mentioned in a previous question, a lot of the shipping is handled directly by Printify. Admittedly, sometimes they do run into production delays. They generally fulfill the production within 7 days. I do track orders, but please feel free to inquire if you have any questions or concerns!

Vograce-produced items are not handled by the same system and I have more control over the shipping as these items are already made. These usually ship out of USPS and arrive within about 7-10 days.
